The Story

Operator first.
Builder second.

I didn't start as a developer. I started as a cook. Then a chef. Then a GM. Then a multi-unit operator. 38 years of restaurant operations — P&L accountability, labor optimization, food cost discipline, team development — at brands like Five Guys, K&W Cafeterias, Cracker Barrel, and Billy Casper Golf.

The AI work came from frustration. The tools available to restaurant operators were inadequate — expensive, disconnected, and built by people who had never actually run a restaurant. I had lived the problems. So I built the solutions.

Everything in this portfolio was designed from the inside out — starting with operational necessity, then building the technology to solve it. That's the difference between a developer who learned restaurants and an operator who learned to build.

I hold an MBA and BBA in Finance from American InterContinental University. I apply that financial foundation to every system I build — which is why ExecuCore's P&L engine, prime cost calculations, and break-even modeling work the way operators actually need them to.
